We want you to love every Noria House purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order while it is in "Pending" or "Processing" status. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible as the package is already en route.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
Refunds
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items — simply send us a photo or video within 72 hours of delivery and we'll reship or issue a full refund, no return required.
- Due to the nature of international fulfillment, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference, sizing errors, or change of mind. We encourage you to review product details carefully before ordering.
- For orders over $100, a return-to-warehouse option may be available on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping and handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
